We’ll send you an email confirming your order and an email confirming that your package is on it’s way.
Please keep in mind that we are a small business so prepping your delivery may take a few days but we’ll keep you informed and on the bright side, we reply all your requests personally and daily.
- Standard Home Delivery: 1 – 2 working days upon confirmation of delivery – 6,62€ + VAT (FREE for orders over 300€)
- International Delivery:
- Europe: 21,20€ + VAT (FREE for orders over 300€)
- Outside Europe: The system will calculate your fee during check out.
Two delivery attempts on your delivery address are included in this service.
Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected.
Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the customisation of products, out of stock, unforeseen circumstances, all of which we’ll keep you informed.
For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Aparthotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and / or similar.
COVID19 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to confinement to avoid the pandemic spread of the virus COVID19, our deliveries are on hold until mid April to avoid unnecessary exposure of employees involved in the delivery process.
After the payment is authorised, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status in the section “My Orders”. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link. With this link you can know the status and location of your order at any time.
If you prefer to return an item from home, you must request a collection from your account. In the “My Orders” section, select the order you want to return and click on “Do you want to return the Order?”, selecting “At Home”.
Please select the items from “My Account”, when you request the “Home Return” . You must prepare the items in the original box of the order.
After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a label allowing us to track your return.
In addition, together with the products, you must include a printed copy of the electronic receipt that comes attached to the Shipping Confirmation.
